Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ride Forecast (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscription and Billing

Ride Forecast is offered as a subscription after a free trial. Your plan auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the period ends. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or access data that does not belong to you. You also agree not to connect calendar accounts or credentials you are not authorized to use.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party calendar providers (Google, CalDAV). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.

5. Intellectual Property

Ride Forecast and all related branding, code, and design remain our property. You retain ownership of the calendar data you connect.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recommendations will be accurate or uninterrupted. Do not rely on the Service for safety-critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect for existing users.
